We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our small but mighty Sales team. We’re in the early stages of expanding our Sales motion, so you’ll play a big part in defining and building winning strategies to grow our market and developing the foundations of our sales processes for future expansion. As a Senior AE you will be responsible for acquiring our largest target accounts and building strong customer relationships with them. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing your portfolio of accounts and ensuring contribution to the company’s growth target.  

As the customers' trusted point of contact with Cutr, you’ll be able to gain an in-depth understanding of their challenges and translate them into effective action plans. You'll play a crucial role in providing them with an exceptional experience and gathering valuable market insights and customer needs that will drive our market strategy and product roadmap. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Spot and pursue fresh business prospects within existing client base and potential new clients in both established and new markets.

  • Engage in negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements

  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery

  • Collect essential market insights and understanding customer requirements to steer our market strategy and shape our product roadmap

  • Act as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.

About you

  • Native Dutch speaker

  • 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS sales and/or account management or equivalent complex sales processes

  • Comfortable taking responsibility and being a self-starter in a high-paced startup environment 

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to understand and analyze complex client needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • You’re coachable and have a desire to improve your sales skill set

  • You’re able to travel as required for client meetings and industry events (drivers license needed!)

  • Experience in manufacturing or wood-related industries is a big plus!

  2. Sales interview - You'll talk to someone from our Sales team about the product, the industry, and how you work.
  3. Work Assignment - We’ll schedule time for a work assignment and members of the team will be available for questions as you go.
  4. Team chat - You’ll come meet more of the team and have lots of time to ask questions and get to know each other a bit more.
