As a Revenue Operations Representative, you are part of one of the fastest-moving teams at Cutr, directly responsible for revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for turning customer drawings, product specifications, and project requirements into reliable quotations we can confidently hand over to Sales, Operations, and our Production Partners. You will be the first line of defence for pricing accuracy and the heartbeat of our quoting engine.
This role sits at the intersection of materials, machining, commercial logic, and partner capabilities. You will support the team by ensuring every quote is priced with consistency, high quality, and minimal risk - enabling Cutr to scale predictably and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, commercial thinking, and operational excellence.
What you'll do
Price jobs accurately using customer drawings, materials, machining requirements, and finishing details.
Ensure quotes are complete - identifying missing information, unclear specifications, or incompatible requirements.
Work closely with Sales to clarify scope, customer expectations, and required adjustments.
Improve the repeatability of pricing by documenting patterns, creating templates, and identifying opportunities for automation.
Work with our product team to continuously build new capabilities, logic and features for our pricing engine.
Support SLA performance by managing your pricing queue with high accuracy and predictable turnaround times.
About you
Native Dutch speaker
Technical education in pricing, estimation, CNC machining, cabinetmaking, architecture/technical drawing, or a similar analytical/technical role; or 0-2 years experience in a similar pricing function within the manufacturing industry
Interested or educated in materials such as MDF, plywood, HPL, veneers, solid wood, and panel-based manufacturing
Able to read drawings, decomposing parts, and spotting unclear or risky elements; included CAD ingestion
Detail-oriented and take pride in accurate, consistent work. Enjoy structured thinking, breaking down problems, and creating clarity.
Communicate clearly and collaborate well with Sales, Ops, and partners, in both verbal and written formats.
Excel in person and virtual engagements with end customers; and you have a customer service mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities

Preferred:
Experience in the manufacturing or wood production industry.
Experience quoting wood fabrication or similar custom manufacturing work.
Understanding of margin, pricing logic, and commercial trade-offs.
Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, and automation.
