About the job

As our first launcher at Cutr, you'll be person on the ground for our launch efforts in DACH. You'll be selling and expanding our SaaS product and own everything from market strategy, customer research and GTM plan to post sale customer support, product operations, account management and building the team from scratch. We're looking for an entrepreneur to join our team of entrepreneurs. You're all about figuring out what products and features tie in with market and customer needs.

About you

• You LOVE speaking to customers. You aren't afraid of a 2 hour drive to meet one and hear about their problems.
• You can DIY analysis, and you're not afraid of Enterprise and/or SMB sales. A true entrepreneur.
• You're happy to learn technical skills quickly, as the job demands - you have a mental model for everything.
• You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements. You're comfortable managing expectations.
• You're highly organised. You make lists and tick them off faster than anyone else.
• You're autonomous and don't mind working remotely.
• You're motivated by equity, owning a big chunk of an early stage business and working constantly to make it successful.

Our Process

1. Initial chat with the CEO - We'll chat about the role and goals (yours and ours).

2. Team Interview - You'll meet your teammates and get into the detail of our product and company.

2. Case Study - We’ll schedule time for a work assignment and members of the team will be available for questions as you go.

3. Team chat - You’ll come meet more of the team and have lots of time to ask questions and get to know each other a bit more.
