GTM/Growth Lead

Cutr is building the world’s largest woodwork network, starting with interiors. Our customers are Architects, Interior Designers and Manufacturers. We’ve just raised our Series A and we’re looking for an entrepreneur to work directly with the founder, sales and team leads to refine and scale our go-to-market.
This is a founding, senior role in our GTM organisation: You’ll own funnel improvement from leads to lifecycle, and work with teams to turn customer love into revenue, helping us build a machine that runs smoothly, predictably, and scalably. This role is ideal for a generalist who loves experimentation, deriving insight from noise, and is energised by speaking to customers and building solutions that scale.
The systems you build will grow Cutr and establish the foundation for international growth. Entrepreneurial, analytical, ambitious people wanted!
What You'll Do
Own Cutr’s Top Of Funnel metrics - impressions, signups and MQLs
Own the design, maintenance and curation of the marketing site cutr.com
Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities to automate process and improve customer experience.
Build and run the experimentation framework and roadmap for growth. Own it end to end, getting support from the founder, Cutr teams + consultants to execute and scale what’s working.
Design and improve HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, pipelines, routing logic, and reporting that support consistent execution.
Source and structure lead-generation inputs (ICP lists, enrichment, referrals, outbound triggers) to fuel top-of-funnel activity.
Create high-quality sales content and experimentation frameworks - including pitch decks, ROI tools, one-pagers, and outbound messaging tests.
Monitor and analyse funnel data to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities to increase conversion and throughput.
Build a deep understanding of our customers, market, and revenue levers to support strategic decision-making. Be the voice of our customer.
About you
You’re highly structured and love building order from ambiguity - systems, workflows, templates, rules, and frameworks energise you.
You have strong analytical skills and can turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations. You enjoy digging for insights.
You’re comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and are expert at creating workflows, reports, and automations. If you’re not an expert, you learn fast.
You’re an emerging expert in ai-native workflows and have several examples of ai-projects that run continuously to generate growth.
You communicate clearly, and understand how to work alongside sales to deliver results.
You are proactive, independent and entrepreneurial (founder experience a huge plus)
You’re resourceful, fast-learning, and comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Experience building B2B funnels in traditional industries a big plus - you know how to hack growth in old-school environments.
Experience in Benelux markets and/or Dutch speaking is nice to have but not essential!
