Commercial Lead - Cutr SaaS

Cutr’s mission is to bring a modern data and technology layer to a deeply traditional industry. Our industries run on complex, high-value work, but much of it is still powered by manual order intakes, tribal knowledge, and fragmented systems. We’re building the webshop for custom orders, the only one that understands how physical things get made.
We’ve built a running product with founding customers and we’re looking for a lead to build out the go-to-market with us.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role, you would own the commercial side of the entire product. You’d spend your week winning new customers, onboarding them, driving real adoption in their daily workflows, and growing those accounts over time. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role across sales, operations, and customer success. You’d be working with the CEO, strategy, and product to build the business and then build the team.
You won’t just close deals and hand them off — you’ll stay with customers post-sale and help them expand their business on our platform. You’ll spend time in customer conversations, demos, site visits, and follow-ups, while also building structure: playbooks, feedback loops, and repeatable motions that help the webshop scale.

What you'll do
Build and run the outbound sales funnel, work with Growth on inbound.
Run discovery, demos, and close new customers
Onboard customers and guide them through first successful usage
Own the customer relationship from contract to account growth
Drive adoption, attainment, retention, and expansion
Diagnose and resolve adoption or usage issues
Feed customer insights back into GTM and product strategy
Build repeatable sales and account management playbooks - scale what works
What we're looking for
Comfort and experience with early-stage enterprise sales
Entrepreneurialism - you’re the boss and don’t mind the ambiguity
Operational mindset, details oriented, commercially accountable
Experience in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or operations-heavy sales is a plus
Dutch & English language compulsory, German a plus!
