We've spent the last six months perfecting our business development playbook and achieved a 60% quarter-on-quarter growth in Q1. Now, we're ready for you to join our fun team.

We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, contact, and excite prospects about becoming Cutr customers. Your primary responsibility will be lead generation, but you'll also be accountable for your own deals.

You'll collaborate closely with our experienced sales and growth team to enhance the sales process's efficiency and make an immediate impact. As the customers' first point of contact with Cutr, you'll play a crucial role in providing them with an exceptional experience and gathering valuable market insights and customer needs.

About you

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, willing to learn, and can adapt quickly. While specific experience and market knowledge are nice to have, they are not must-haves.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following traits:

  • Comfortable taking responsibility and being a self-starter.
  • Desire to continuously improve themselves.
  • Approachable, hands-on attitude, with a desire to learn more about the industry and continue developing a career in sales.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.

Nice-to-haves (but certainly not dealbreakers):

  • Previous commercial experience.
  • Prior experience in related industries (manufacturing, engineering, architecture, interiors, etc.).

Our Process

  2. Sales interview - You'll talk to someone from our Sales team about the product, the industry, and how you work. 
  3. Work Assignment - We’ll schedule time for a work assignment and members of the team will be available for questions as you go.
  4. Team chat - You’ll come meet more of the team and have lots of time to ask questions and get to know each other a bit more.
